1. Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical item is shipped. After successful payment you will receive a Google Drive link to download your files.

2. No Refund Policy

    All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been delivered. Please review the free sample and product description carefully before purchasing.
  

If you have not received your download link within 30 minutes of payment, contact us on WhatsApp (+91 7550042194) or email printnplaykidsindia@gmail.com and we will resend it promptly.

3. Licence — Personal & Classroom Use

✅ Print unlimited copies for your own children or students
✅ Use in a single home or classroom setting
❌ Do not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files
❌ Do not upload to any website, social media, or file-sharing platform
❌ Do not use for commercial printing or bulk distribution without written permission

4. Intellectual Property

All worksheets, designs, and content are the property of PrintNPlay Kids or licensed to us. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrintNPlay Kids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
